About the role

Arabian Kitchen Ltd is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to support the growth of our business through data-driven market research, customer analysis and digital marketing insights.

The successful candidate will research market trends, analyse customer behaviour and evaluate digital marketing performance to help identify opportunities for business growth and improve our marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse trends within the food, restaurant and takeaway industry.
• Collect, organise and analyse customer, sales and digital marketing data.
• Research competitors, customer preferences, market developments and emerging business opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Analyse website, social media and other digital performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct customer research and analyse customer feedback to better understand purchasing behaviour and preferences.
• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
• Translate data and research findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Support management with market research and analysis for business planning and marketing strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, digital performance and marketing effectiveness.

Skills and requirements

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing analytics, market research, business analysis, data analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data and producing clear analytical reports.
• Familiarity with digital analytics and marketing tools.
• Good working knowledge of spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to present research findings and recommendations clearly to management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
